The Tomcat server configuration at \Servers\Tomcat v6.0 Server at localhost-config is missing. Check the server for errors.Solution: (1)Delete all intance sof server by clicking on server tab(2)Now create a single instance by right clicking on server tab and select new and choose an instance.
(3)Restart Ecllipse
